1968 Chevrolet Camaro RS with SS badging is a very nice driver quality car with a set of show wheels 18″ on the front and 20″ on the back. It is freshly restored with all new brake lines, fuel lines, weatherstripping, wiring, full quarters, doors and trunk pan. The vaccum headlight hoses, canister and actuators are all new and the original AM radio is intact.
Original floors are very solid with no patch panels. Stainless around windshield and back glass are original and could use some polishing. As far as the suspension, it is all new with Hotchkis springs, KYB shocks, front and rear sway bars, tubular upper and lowers, exhaust, tie rods, rag joint etc. All brakes and hardware are all new front to back. New gas tank and sending unit.
Muscle Cars World knows this car is nice and simple and if the images were less blurry, this baby would look better. It has manual disc brakes and manual steering. When this car was done, the owner rebuilt the 1968 396 for the car with nice choppy idle cam, completely went through Muncie and finished it off with a new clutch. The tach redlines at 5500 rpm and this classic muscle is equipped with a 12 bolt rear – a true RS with SS badging. Click on Read more for pictures!
