This 1968 Dodge Coronet is equipped with a rebuilt 440 magnum engine and a 727 transmission. The car is a Superbee tribute, and she runs as good as she looks! The motor is rebuilt with low miles, new exhaust, new interior, rebuilt front end with upgraded Bilstein Adjustable shocks, and Power Disc brakes. The tail stripes are painted on the car , and she looks great!
Engine/ Transmission: The engine is a rebuilt 440 from 1971 with less than 10k on the motor. The engine was bored .030 and treated to some flat top pistons, and an upgraded cam. It is topped off with an Edelbrock carb with an electric choke. She has a new distributor, new alternator, new battery and many other new parts. The car has new Flowmaster 40 series dual exhaust also. The transmission is a great shifting 727 with a shift kit and she works great! The rear end has 3:23 gears, and it is not a sure grip.
Suspension: The front end was completely rebuilt this year with all new ball joints and bushings from PST, and Moog. New idler arm and pitman arm also. The car also had new upper control arms installed, and the car received 4 new Bilstein adjustable shocks. The Power disc brakes were installed at the same time when the front end was rebuilt. Interior/ Exterior: The interior sports new carpet, new seat upholstery, new headliner, new dash cap, and new door panels. The car has a new windshield too. All of the gauges work correctly, and all the lights/ blinkers all work correctly too.
The exterior has a paint job that is about 5+ years old, and tail stripes were painted on the car.
